[Suggestion] Let us add remarks when blacklisting / whitelisting

So when we look back on our whitelist or blacklist, we can recall what was the reason the person was whitelisted or blacklisted.

I use SG++ for that.
You can tag and color code names however you see fit.
Along with many other very useful features
