Yes, there are very few bugs here and there, but it's completely normal for an adventure single-player game to not have constant updates and patches. Here's one of the most complex reviews for this game https://steamcommunity.com/id/tho545454/recommended/431650/

+1, idk why the new "normal" is to have games that keep evolving after release. For multiplayer games maybe. For solo games, once it's released I actually expect it not to change (except for bug fixes, in a few patches). Cause once I've finished it I'd like it to remain finished....

New content is always welcome for me. But I don't like frequent balance changes as it serves almost no value in solo games.
