Steamgifts only refers to the type of giveaways allowed on the site (Steam keys), because yeah, it's SteamGifts, not GOGgifts nor OriginGifts, etc. Having said that, people post threads about other stores and platforms all the time. Again, it is not mandatory to include in the title which store the deals come from. As long as it's clearly explained in the OP, it's totally fine. You don't have to be so uptight about it.

My problem with your previous comments is that they didn't come across as a polite suggestion nor request, you demanded that they change their title to include GMG, as if it's something that is absolutely required. Breaking news: it's not.
