if you have a link you want to share but cant do a give away can you just share it here?

as topic title, i have a couple of keys that i cant do a give away for (in one case its because the game was once free and in the offer its unique dlc)
can i just share the codes here?
couldnt see any rules against but then im new so wanted to double check
