oh..someone from your country might be able to help better..I don't have any experience with that regard..gas station debit card.. I used to have problems with my visa debit cum ATM card(got one after creating bank account) which got solved after contacting the bank.

I had this same problem a few years back, what you have to do is go to the website on the back, log in or something with the code (you might not even have to login) and find an option that says something along the lines of "Activate" or "Activate for online use"

The card it self works on any site and it is already active for use but it doesn't work online until you activate it specifically for online use on the website.

I can't speak for that site specifically, but the pre-paid site on my cards accepts any fake information you give it.
