I was surprised to see Democracy 3 base game only, it actually includes (it's been updated in Mille's chart too) the first 3 DLCs.
No DLC for Big Pharma is to be expected imho, that was quite recent.

Yeah sorry. At the time when I was making the chart I thought about it, but then I ended up forgetting and just looking at the base game because of the reviews %. I fixed it shortly after, not sure if you noticed. The bundle includes Democracy 3 Collector's Edition. So it has 3 out of the 4 DLC's that Democracy 3 has. :)

They update it for free every year, meaning you get engine (heh) updates for free - when the Steam sales roll around, you can usually buy the 'standard' release for like £5/equivalent and claim them for all the bundled DLC etc.
Also, remember, the 'full' package may be £1000+, but you only have to spend money on what you want to drive. I've only ever bought a few British Steam things, because my son enjoys it.

It's nice if you like trains. For $1 it's definitly worth a try. And don't be discouraged by the amount of DLC. The base "game" will provide with quite a bit of playtime. And if you want more routes or trains, you can just buy whichever you would like.
