No - that is not always how it works - having given away one or two games I can assure you that some take longer - not everyone is online all the time just waiting (and not every key is supplied through steamgifts directly) - again, I think you are misunderstanding how the system works here, which is odd, and forgetting that people have time to send and time to receive - calling people scammers before that is known as calling out and is not allowed here - and as you saw today will lead to blacklists - hope that explains things a bit better

The person who made the GA has a week to send the key, if the winner has rule violation the GA creator may have asked for a reroll.

A) It was unredeemed only for a day when you "cried wolf", the deadline according to site rules is 7 days.
B) The giveaway creator has 340 already completed giveaways where everything has been sent out with no problems, so the possibility of a fake key is almost 0% and you were just being an impatient brat
C) Everyone uses their blacklist as they want, there's no rules about it. Nothing you can do.

There's nothing to report here, so far there's absolutely no violation of any rule

Please refrain from posting any comments accusing the giveaway creator of posting a fake giveaway, and only create a support ticket if the giveaway is fake beyond a reasonable doubt.

What is your native language ? Maybe somebody who speaks it can explain it to you since you don't seem to understand or don't want to understand what everybody is telling you.

I dont see the problem, anyway if the GA is fake u will lost gradually slots, so at the end u will end up to be unable to make other fake, anyway we are talking of give away things , if it was for trades there is the rep system but for the giveaways in the end u will end up qirh no slots. we are talking of honesty and generosity, with no must. if u get blacklisted by a dude who makes fake GAs u ahvent lost much.
in the end maybe he will be suspended that's all
