Steam updated to allow multiple logons?

I have just noticed that I am able to be logged onto Steam from both my laptop and desktop at the same time, something I have never been able to do before as it would log one out in order to logon from the other - anyone else noticed this?

Noticed that too few weeks ago. I thought I was able to do that because I turned steam chat offline on the laptop.

That's nice, was about time they gave us that ability to be honest. Was annoying having to login and out all the time.
