Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed free weekend

I'm struggling to get the game to download. It's not in my library yet, and when I click the link in the Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed store page it takes me to the Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed community page.

Any help?
