Anyone here having Defiance trouble?

I'm hoping it's not just me.

Been on Live Assistance support for hours now, just waiting to connect to someone.

Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE.

Uuuugh...the official forums are of no help either.

Yup, patcher is taking way to long. It says on my steam account I've played 12 hours but that time has been spent downloading the update. Haven't played it yet unfortunately
