Anyone remember a game that existed in the year 2000 that involved ants? Specifically red ants vs black ants and there would be 2 views. One from the side to show underground and a top view of the ground. The main goal I think was to conquer the whole house and yard in sections. I remember the ending was showing an abandoned house. I can't remember that game now.

Yeah, it actually was Dink Smallwood, just not the original one. Fan-made story or sequel or something. Remember playing it, too :)
Guess you need to check on this link, maybe you'll find it http://www.dinknetwork.com/files/category_dmod/

Could be Entomorph, although from what I remember of that it doesn't match your description that closely. Got more clues? (type of setting, approx. age of the game, that sort of thing ?)

I don't think this is it (since you mentioned 2D and dink smallwood).. but it reminds me of "The Experiment" aka. eXperience 112

Plus that was in 2008 I think. Either way, I hadn't thought about that game in a long while, so thanks for bringing it into my memory! Interesting game if you haven't tried it. You control everything through the view of the security cameras

i remember walking in the village and at some places some poles with cameras looking at the street or house. I remember clearly the moment in the ship that some things stated to fall down from the sky nad hit the deck maybe they were monsters or fire i dont remember very well and after that i remember start at a beach and moving around until i found the village with the cameras.

The village description reminds me of The Prisoner, but I only ever played the Apple II version (before fancy graphics existed).

^^ It may be under the year 2000 ^^ and after i think i remember it installed it from a magazine cd as a demo, it was an 2d rpg/adventure you started in a ship deck and then some things stated to fall down from the sky (or it was fire destroying the ship) and after that you wake up in an island and i remember a village that has cameras everywhere!!
If you need similar gameplay search Dink Smallwood.
