Hello,

I won a giveaway for 'Satisfactory' that sadly happened to be an already-used key. Womp womp womp. No big, shit happens. I'll prob allow the giver to delete the GA.

If they do so, will I be able to re-enter giveaways for that game again or is it permanently marked off on my account as "Previously Won"?

Thank you :)

edit: giver got ahold of Humble Bundle and replaced the key. All's good now but this is a good discussion for those that may have this issue in the future.

Hmm, that is bit more interesting case.

Some games are known for devs messing up, but Satisfactory should be fresh bundle as such no issues...

And this is why the people making these fakes should be punished...

Meh, I'm not sure if it's fake. I'll see what the giver says I guess.

Was just curious mostly, there's a lot of these so hopefully the giver returns and deletes it quickly so I can get in on them before they poof.

If the giver got it through the Humble charity bundle, they should be able to get a replacement for you by contacting support, I'd think. Might be a better option than deleting the GA.

or maybe they activated it themselves accidentally or not and just messed up.

Giver just shouldn't say to HB support that there was someone else trying to activate it

Iā€™m sorry to hear that. :(
You can enter again when that giveaway is deleted.

just wanted to point out that you can also enter new giveaways after marking it as not received, but deleting is usually faster if you want to enter other gas as soon as possible
