Following this thread, I love Company of Heroes, any similar RTS or other World War 2 or other major war RTS?

If you want a new/recent RTS, take a look at Spellforce 3. It's really hard to find new games in this genre, since they don't sell very well and making them is a bit more expensive than adventure/action games because players expect a long campaing, good AI and decent graphics.
AoE 1 HD is releasing today on Steam/Xbox game pass.

Other than those 2, I can't remember a single good RTS released in the last 2-3 years.

https://youtu.be/ZtQy74Vquyo?list=LL2m3oRPz3sGu5T4qPfrNyIA - standalone mod for WBCIII have lots of changes (mostly good but some I personally dislikes);

Original - Warlords Battlecry III - epic game with lots of nations. You play with a hero who saved between games, get exp for new skills, spells, items;

Seven Kingdoms II - a bit hard to get in, you can play humans or monsters, it have HD version;
Rising Kingdoms - simple game with a heroes;
Kohan II - King of War - you command armies instead of singe units, every army 5-9 units which you can manage. Morale, exp and heroes;
Paraworld - simple game with a dinosaurs.

Also I would recommend Impossible Creatures (which was mentioned above).
