Finally solved the ITH with the hint below, and had already solved the other piece and forgotten. Not sure if we're meant to "solve" the part at the end - if so, I haven't made sense of that yet.

with a very simple keyword and the right app-type I get not so many results in SteamDB....so I guess you did something wrong...if you really tried all.....but this is not necessary, just look through the names and the light turns on.

open steamdb type in some thing with a blade not more, sort only for games.....and don't take one of the titles thats first in your mind, take something else.

OK, I got Q1 - I wasn't actually searching SteamDB directly so thoroughly, and the name of that game is different in the US apparently. Easy once I saw it in the list.
