If you can acces the store page then likely yes
Thankfully this version of DFO doesnt seem to have any region lock AFAIK, unlike the old Nexon version

Yep, that exact game which was through hell and beyond and Nexon driving it to the ground with their shitty business decisions is back and it means business :p
Now some of you who are familiar with the history of this game may rightfully ask: wasnt this on Steam before? And the answer is yes.. But that was before the original devs, Neople acquired back the rights and decided to handle DFO themselves.

PS: Release date is set to august the 10th. And yes, this version is also avalaible in Europe.
