Lenovo Z580 and Some Games I Hope It Run Fluently ..

Hey .. At first please don't say CoDs are not worth buying or something cuz i saw so many comments about that ..Its just i have MW2 but im really bored and there are not so many games i want to play ..Anyway im plannning to buy some of these games and i searched on the internet watching some videos but im not satisfied since its not so easy to evaluate by watching them .. And im not talking about single it wouldnt be a problem im interested in multiplayer of these games ..

So if anyone who has lenovo Z580 - or at least geforce gt 630m - and these games , i would be aprreciate it if you could comment about multiplayer of these games being fluently ..
Actually i can add MW3 but i heard about lots of cheating .. So not sure about that .. Thanks anyway ..

Thanks but i know that site .. It just scans your computer's specs and compare them with the minimum / recommended specs or something like that .. It probably works when talking about single player but when it comes to multiplayer it changes definitely .. Thanks though ..

I own a Lenovo Z480 which from what i can see here is pretty similar to the Z580, I can tell you that the Z480 runs Battlefield 3 smoothly at minimum graphical settings, I'm pretty sure that it can also run it smoothly at medium settings, but haven't tried it.
I'm not sure about the Call Of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops 2 since i've never played them, but the Modern Warfare 3 runs pretty well at medium settings.
Note that the Z480 doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, only the Intel Integrated Graphics HD 4000

haha :)
your specs are different than mine though, i guess the Z480 comes in different flavors, mine is 6GB RAM, i5 3210M, and no dedicated graphics card

well i tried the crysis 3 alpha multiplayer on that very same laptop. Low :S for somewhat reason maybe cause it is optimized yet well its an alpha

well i don't know bout that xD. but considering the fact that CoD and BF3 has "lower specs" than Crysis 3. i think it should work fine

With integrated Hd 4000 it shouldnt be fluently on multiplayer i mean there are some z480 models having Nvidia or only Hd 4000 and with nvidia it makes sense actually ..

I can't show you proof of it, all i can say is that it does run fluently on multiplayer.

damn.... even tho i upgrade the memory i will still get bottlenecked by the proccesor T_T. anyway really no dedicated graphic i thought all the Z480 series has dedicated graphic. i bought it like 7-5 month ago i think

I bought it in December, but I live outside the US so it could be that different models are distributed to different countries

i have lenovo Z 480 well. its has a higher GPU 640M. but a smaller CPU core i3 and 2 gigs of ram.
tried Crysis 3 some on high some on low and an ultra in texture i believe.
well i think that 630m should manage the game well

you will be able to run those games quite fine I think.
I also have an i5 and gt630m and those games run good at native res.

Well, usually in multiplayer developers scale down the graphics a bit from singleplayer, at least that's the case with Battlefield 3, because there's a lot more stuff going on at the same time on the screen. So MP should run as long as singleplayer runs.

I wonder how you make those games work with those settings. Had to work with HD4000 from my i5 3570 for a while, since my dedicated card went defect, and I had problems with playing way less demanding games with satisfying FPS.

My 630M can run BF3 perfectly med-high but heat is an issue. Once it gets hot there are FPS spikes. Cant do anything about that, its a laptop.

You are talking about playing multi ? and yes unfortunately heat is a huge problem .. Thinking about using cooler but not sure if it really works ..

Yep. Multiplayer. Singleplayer runs a bit better.
I advise you to see if you can open your laptop before you buy it. My fan can only be accessed through the keyboard, there is no underpannel so I can't clean it myself (you should every 3-6months). But yea,I realised too late. Poor design.

At least i know im able to play it .. I can try playing for short periods so that heat wouldnt be a problem .. Really thank you mate you absolutely helped ..
