Pretty good deal on New Vegas ultimate (was 12.5 EUR on the last Steam sale) but apparently it is not completely region free.

New Vegas ultimate with same restrictions was multiple times for 3,40€ on gamesplanet (and for 5,99€ right now), so doesn't seem like a very good deal to me.
