If anyone's in interested: you can min max the auction by waiting for someone to bid 834 or more and it being accepted, then be the first one to bid 2500 and you'll win (only exception being if a big fish with more than 2500 points comes around and outbids you).

A fair point, but there's at least a hundred pair of eyes lurking around at all times, I don't know if the number of auctions is actually larger than the number of possible bidders. What are the odds of none of them wanting to try their luck?

Yeah possible, we don't know. But I guess many people might feel it is too much effort to understand everything, especially since has it already started. But we will see.

Do note that, as MAH mentioned, the recent change to the reward system should reduce the chance of people quickly bidding maximum as credits is now harder to regenerate.

2500 / 3 = 833.3
834 / 3 = 278
278 / 3 = 92.6
93 / 3 = 31
31 / 3 = 10.3
11 / 3 = 3.6
4 / 3 = 1.3
So that's ~7 accepted bids to get to the usual max, or 3 and a half minutes. Then is just waiting 30 minutes more for it to end and a few more for the winner to post it here and we can enter the GAs that are the ones that give us the real chances to win a game, since the 5 entries rule is going to prevent the winners from keeping them for themselves. In essence, after thinking about it for a while I stopped seeing it as a competition and realised it's nothing more than a community event with some extra steps in the middle, then why not min max it and populate that table as fast as possible?
