I currently have Standart Edition of the game and curious about what different does Director's Cut version make. Is it worth to spend 5 bucks on it for its additional content?

Also where can i buy DLC's only? (for less than $5 of course)

Second question: Steam sales. When the game goes on sales, they also make a discount for the DLC's. It happened with Sleeping Dogs, at least...

$5 is the normal price anyway if you own the game already. Auto 75% discount for previous owners of DE:HR.
I don't think you CAN buy the DLC anymore period, and it's pointless even if you can, regardless of price. If you're going to spend any money on DE:HR at this point, not buying the Director's Cut is kinda dumb, because the Director's Cut actually has far more useful stuff than just including DLC.
They actually reworked parts of the game that needed work, most notably (imo) fixing boss arenas so that they don't force you into one style of play to beat the boss.

tl;dr: Just buy the director's cut.

I heard it's filled with bugs though. That's the only reason why it's not in my library.

I wouldn't say it's filled with bugs, but some people (unfortunately including me) have issues with it. I get weird stuttering and shadow flickering when I walk around in the city hubs, which makes the game no fun to play. That didn't happen in the original version (which I also have). But Eidos abandoned the Director's Cut and decided to release a crappy mobile port (The Fall) instead of patching it. It's a rip-off. To be fair not everyone (and probably most people) don't have this issue, but there are still enough of us (and other, less severe bugs that were not in the original version).

And the DC itself is not worth 5 bucks. It's basically slightly reworked boss fights (which make up about 0.1% of the game) and the Missing Link integrated into the main game. Worst $5 I ever spent, should have been a patch.

If you don't own the DLC and want them you have to buy the DC, if you already have them or don't care about them avoid the DC at all costs.

www.greenmangaming.com still sells the DLC, at least in my country. In fact, they don't even sell the Director's Cut.
