Maybe not "laugh my ass off" but the Portal games have some good humor for sure! Saint's Row 4 was quite funny as well, especially the Dominatrix DLC.

Mind you might have to like south park humor to find this one funny.

I used to laugh a lot when I first played Transformice but now I got used to the silly things the mice do.

Typing of the Dead Overkill. It's so cheesy.

Hard for me to pin down the absolute funniest. I've had lol moments in the following:

• Most of the LEGO games
• Octodad
• The Raven: Legacy Of A Master Thief (some really funny dialogue moments)
• Grim Fandango
• Deathspank
• Costume Quest
• Saints Row 3
• Urban Trials Freestyle/Trials Fusion
• Ben There, Dan That
• Flatout series

I'm sure there are more that I can't recall ATM, but will add if I remember.

Duke Nukem 3d and Forever. Also, Worlad of Warcraft because some moments are just so over the top and hilarious
