Sam'n'Max: Hit the Road.

Conker's Bad Fur Day (and its remake Live and Reloaded); Duke 3D/Forever; Shadow Warrior 1997 (Reboot was fun too, but the original Lo Wang was a whole lot funnier); Serious Sam... sure there's more, but I can't remember many of them.

...oh, and Crash Bandicoot: Twinsanity (or just Crash Twinsanity for short), what a gem that was!

Neighbours From Hell it's pretty funny :)

Serious Sam II. It was even funnier than First and Second Encounter. Grand Theft Auto Vice City's pretty funny too. Of course, there's always Duke Nukem 3D. Even Duke Nukem Forever gave me some chuckles now and then. Other funny games are Shadow Warrior Classic(haven't played the new one), The Bard's Tale, Overlord series, Borderlands 1, but especially 2 and, of course, Deadpool.

P.S. Oh right, I forgot about Bulletstorm. How can you not laugh at a game that rewards you for shooting people in the ass or throwing them into giant cacti and the achievements have names like Rear Entry, Pricked, Drilldo, Kick-Off, Slam-Dunk or Touch-Down?
