they give you the code, and you give them some of the games they can simply and easily get for themselves and keeping the rest for yourself. Just give the information if you really only want to help and they can get all of it instead of only a chance at part

Well All I can say is that Nvidia and AMD are pushing their Hardware manufacturers with only creating sub versions, but some hardware manufacturers actually do other stuff to sell around their cards such as offering free games, they did that with Portal, Half-Life 2 DM and even Nexuiz and now there are ways to get these AAA title.

It's spam because you're giving away games NOT through the steamgifts system.
It's begging because you're begging people to give you things.
It's inappropriate behavior because you're for the most part scamming people out of games they could be getting for themselves.
I'm sure it's against some other rules as well but I don't feel like looking.

The problem with that attitude is that the person still owns the duplicates. They could use them for gifts here / gifts to friends / trades and you've just stolen that chance away.
