Has Steam been bugging/slow lately?

Is it only or is anyone else having problems with Steam for the past two weeks where it is either been buggy and crashing, or slow at loading pages (I know its not my internet as I am fine with anything else), slow at opening Big Picture mode (and generally with everything for Big Picture mode lately), downloads randomly stop downloading and having problems syncing with Steam Cloud.

My other friends are having the buggy and crashing and slow at loading pages and DLing issue but not the other two.

Are you having these problems as well?

Yes, it's intermittent but it has been happening for a while now. It's really annoying, hopefully they'll sort it out.

Yes, and for me in the last week, it doesn't load the proper pictures for the games in Grid View, only icons.

It was slow to load yesterday but it didn't last very long, maybe 5-10 minutes, around this time.
