What if begging would be considered a much more severe action, and you could simply report every beggar that would send you a PM, and you wouldn't see him on the website for like 2 or 3 months?

Agreed. It'd prevent a lot of things : winners not notified they win because mail went to spam, or because they won't connect on Steam (this said, why would one enter a steam giveaway in this case ?), winners SAYING they didn't receive when the key is now used (miracles someone ?)... That's a major reason why I don't sent keys through mail btw, at least a steam chat is easy to screenshot... unless we have a better way to prove what we have to.

Well, maybe the winner should be able to contact the creator too. But MAYBE.

If winners don't reply to emails, what makes you think they'll reply to PMs? They'll ignore them altogether and still mark the Creator as a fraud and mark their gifts as not received.

instead of this i think it woudl be simpler for the "won giveaways" page to allow the creator to leave a comment for the winner if they can't reach them
