They didn't delete all their wins, mostly just bad and less valuable ones by the looks of it. Games like Cuphead were spared.

I think it is, but it's probably not really permanent since then they might be able to ask for it to be revoked.

It's never permanent, so long as you can resolve the issues that got you suspended in the first place, to the satisfaction of staff.
The only time it's truly permanent is when you get a ban instead of a suspension, and that only happens if you harass staff after being suspended.
(Permanent Suspension really would be more suitably labeled as Indefinite Suspension.)

Deleting gifts that one receives from other people, no matter the quality of it just because "I'm tired", that's extremely low and you just don't give a fuck about the other people (regardless how much he gave).

Personally I wouldn't be that offended. SG is mostly about giving and getting shitty games that nobody really plays. The difference between having them languish in the backlog or being farmed for cards, and doing this and then deleting them isn't that big in my book.
I do wonder if Amaryllis tried to play any of these games.
