Is Elder Scrolls online worth it?

So is it worth it? It's 75%off on greenmangaming but I don't know anything about it. I had fun with Star Wars The old republic and I also had fun with Neverwinter. And I also like to know how demanding is it on hardware. I played Secret world a little but it was surprisingly demanding on my machine.

So is there enough content in TESO and is it worthwhile for people who mostly go solo and join groups only at random? Also is there some kind of story? Star wars TOR had pretty good stories and it was very entertaining even for soloists.

And any additional info would be cool as well :D

Never played the game, so I can't say anything.
BTW you should note that if you purchase it from GMG you will get a non steam copy of the game. Just saying.
