Where is the Dota 2 HALLOWEEN EVENT?

They Dont want to make Diretide Event cuz ppl play for the items NOT for the Game...(The whole D2/TF2 all about items but nvm.)

But I already heard some rumors about any NEW Game mode Called HOLD OUT game mode...But this game mode STILL not Avaiable.

So I ask the Community: Do you know ANYTHING about D2 Halloween Event?!
