Fallout 4 for 5€ (or 8 for goty) sounds like a steal to me.
People have mixed opinions about FO4, hating on the crafting aspect and how there´s less story, and so did i!
But the overall feeling just sank in after i gave it a while. It´s a brilliantly crafted world with little hints at what happened almost everywhere.
I won´t spoil any of the FO4 setpieces, but the most memorable one in FO3 was a skeleton hanging off some pipes in the sewers - only upon closer investigation you´d notice that the poor guy rode his nuclear powered motorcycle through the sewers, mistimed a jump and ended up crushing his head on said pipes. No special loot, but a real sense of discovery :-)

I think you've talked me into buying Fallout 4. That's not too bad a price, for something that'll give me at least a couple dozen hours of fun. And I seriously love little glimpses of NPC life, like what you mentioned with the skeleton.
My favorite Fallout 3 set piece is two skeletons in bed, cradling each other. The way it was set up was kinda sad. Not saying anything beyond that, so folks can find it themselves. I'm sure each game has its own version, so folks should keep an eye out for them. Even Half-Life 2 has something like it!
