Best way to convert Steam Wallet into PayPal?

I tried buying games on sale but that didn't worked too well. Maybe buy tf2 keys?

Buying games and reselling them would incur the least amount of loss. If you wanted to do keys, you'd be buying them at $2.30+ and selling them for $1.85 max, probably less unless you're reputable on whatever site.

That's a 20% loss on reselling keys while I was able to sell games at a 10% discount when I was clearing out Steam Wallet.

Why not keep the wallet for future purchases? Now you'll lose money on fee's.

I think I would at least hold off untill the christmas sales are over, you are pretty likely to find some nice deals there to spend your wallet cash on. After that, diving into keys might be the smart thing to do.

In the Sales the key prices go very low almost 1.85$ in summer sale, then you can wait until the prices of the keys are around 1.35-1.4$ and sell them for paypal and you will be winning some cash instead of losing, buuuuuut you have to wait for the lowest price and then wait for the highest price of keys and thats a lot XD
