Depends what you want to play.

Wanna go with (quite) scary and atmospheric game where the plot matters? Buy Amnesia.

Wanna play a sandbox game with crafting and beheading zombies? Buy 7 Days to die.

Both are pretty different, but 7DTD has more replayability if you're into multiplayer.
