Oh look, 2 more games that were previous Humble giveaways..... what a surprise. I'm sure Moss Destruction came from something like Alienware as well.

And Cybernetica is another one of those shovelware games with the grossly-inflated Steam store pricing.

Nope, I just checked the other day because of all the stuff that was discussed and you can't find anywhere on the website that they're official resellers/distributors, unlike other bundle sites.

Well first off just look at the design of the site and what's on it. If you were a developer/publisher does that scream professionalism and legitimacy to you? I wouldn't exactly be jumping to work with such a fly-by-night operation. Secondly, for a site with such a lack of clout and who puts out bundles at the rate that they do (which at this point is literally every other day) they have to be getting their stock of keys from questionable and/or illegitimate sources.
