(What to do?) - 2 of the 6 entrys in a 5 copy gw already have the game.

The title almost say all. I made a 5 copy giveaway, with only 6 entries, and two of this entry already had the game and they asked for a reroll... Theres anything i can do besides delete the whole giveaway and lose the others 4 keys already redemed?
I apreciate any help

Category: Request Received Feedback
Gw: XXX
Winner: XXX
Reason: Other

Then write what happens in the description box....

One of them needs to be deleted. Submit a ticket and let them know. If I remember correctly this has to be done by someone higher in the support staff so it might take a bit to have it removed.

I don't know but can't you re-roll those two that already own the game? if this is a steamgifts limitation it would be a good idea to create a feature request.
You can also report those users and they will probably be suspended, then create other GA with those 2 keys if you did not send the keys to them previosly.

The problem is...
There's only 6 entry in the giveaway.... and 2 of those already have the game... so if i ask for a re-roll (again) it'll be back to the first entry that i already "re-rolled"

I would prefer not to harm anyone in the process, maybe they just got distract when entrying the gw, it would be unfair to suspend they just because of a moment of distraction.
I just don't want to loose all keys because of this too.

support can delete 2 copies in that giveaway, don't worry. I had 20 copies giveaway with 10 winners a few years ago and one didn't claim the key for a year... in the end support deleted it and it ended up looking like 9 winners or something like that and all was well.

Resolved by the Super Mod Ronix.
By deleting the entry who can't redeem the key.
