A small game like that will most likely be Steam as well. It will be interesting to see how the mobile versions work though, if they will be grossly overpriced or not

SMB isn't owned by EA. EA is trying very hard to push Origin much like Valve with Steam back in '03 by forcing games to use their DRM.

While I did enjoy playing PvZ, I have to say, I'm not sure how I feel about a sequel..
