Used it, it's very rare to stumble upon an issue that their customer support won't resolve fast and efficiently. Having shopped in various "authorized resellers" I can tell you that I have received less than satisfactory support (GMG is a common example) in comparison to Kinguin. So I'll say it's not a black/white issue as people paint it to be, it's a spectrum.

Customer service may be good, but you still can't tell for sure, where they got those keys from.
Best case scenario it's from a country where publishers sell the games for less, so people
in that country can still afford them, in which case you'll encourage region locks in the long run.
Worst case, it was bought with a stolen credit card.
