When i am trying to enter a lottery, it says
"Missing base game"
Why did it says that?

You are trying to enter DLC giveaway (probably Borderland, hm? ;), you need to have the original Borderlands game on your steam account. If you do, make sure your SG acc is synchronised at www.steamgifts.com/sync
