I wouldn't call that a bug really, it's more self-defense. The wishlist just isn't meant to be used like that, so supporting it shouldn't be a priority for the team, or even really wanted since it encourages bad behavior.

if you're adding all games via script anyway, you really don't need the wishlist feature. ^^

I can't open your wishlist on Steam, and your profile don't show any number for Wishlist. It's a Steam problem, not an SG one.
