Thanks for the translator, it really helped me understand the article. So i suppose i am fine in the end eventhough i am going to get a little bit annoyed by not being able to play the classic edition but thats stupid anyway as i wasnt planning to play anything else than the remaster. Yes the original only have the german language on top of the cuts.
The remastered features all languages and no cuts just like the row

If its region locked to DE and you dont live in DE, how was it possible for you to activate it? O.o

As long as i can activate the ROW version in my country i can also activate the cut versions i suppose.

It's DE version of the game, but the key is not region locked (it's ROW).
A similar thing happened to me in the past with Dishonored GOTY when I activated a key for a different version then the one sold in my region's Steam store

Long story short but i got a key for bioshock remastered from group buys and it ended up being the DE version of the game. I heard the original game is only on germans and its cut, is it true? And what about the remastered version? Is it also cut and in german audio or its the exact same version worldwide?
