was thinking of creating a giveaway for a game with 2/3 copies just wanted to know can i purchase game from steam as gifts now or is it not possible now, after valve updated rules

Really? So you wanted to create giveaway and THEN buy games? I think so, becasue if you would already go to paysite on steam, you would know the answer lazy ass.
