I don't think there is a built-in way, but you can try a google search like this one:
site:steamgifts.com inurl:discussion "kungfujoe" -"by kungfujoe"
That will limit the search to steamgifts.com pages with "discussion" in the URL, and which contain the name "kungfujoe", and omit the "by kungfujoe" for the recent posts summary shown at the bottom of every page.
not perfect (depending on your username, there may be false positives) but better than nothing. You can obviously add more words to the search if you are looking for a particular topic

Thanks... I'd forgotten about the "inurl" keyword! That seems to give incomplete results, unfortunately. I wonder if some discussions have been deleted.
Oddly, I got a few different results on StartPage (which uses Google results), but even between the two, the results are incomplete.

If by "posts" you mean comments, and not "discussions" (which are viewable on your own and anyone else's SG profile), then the Google fu from stlpaul is all I'd know to do.

Is it possible to look through your own posts on SteamGifts? I can see discussion topics I've started (very, very few), and I can see replies to me in my messages inbox, but if I vaguely remember making a comment some time ago and want to find it even though no one replied to it, or if I just want to what comments I made in the past, can I?
