What do you mean when you say that she can't delete it? Is she unable to do it, or is it one of those damned autoregenerative viruses? Anyway, try with an updated antivirus, some malware removal software (Above me two guys recommended Malware Byes), or delete the infected files using Linux.

KILL IT FIRE!!
Internet security is the "better safe than sorry" real deal. Avoid virus and such may be a little hassle but getting them out when they're already kicked the door... Oh man, what a battle...
Have you seen this? Did you tried already? Hope it works.

Hey guys,
A friend of mine somehow downloaded a little dick called "Gate Snapper" and is now unable to delete it. I've been trying to help her but nothing helps. I wanted to ask for your help, because I know that there you are smarter people than me and probably know how to deal with it. (I tried to use help from google but nothing worked)
edit: You will receive 132 Communism points
edit2: Well, Avast finally woke up and deletes that bugger. Thanks anyway everyone! :D
