Laptop for games

I'm looking for a small (12-15 inch) laptop, that can have enough power to play games like Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Burnout: Paradise City, Crash Time 4, and the like.

CHEAP IS GOOD, I don't want to be spending a lot, but something fairly new, good CPU and GPU (if it has one).
I dont mind playing on low setting, just want it to play.

I have tried the HP Stream 8, and played Burnout, it does work on low settings, also tried NFS:MW and it crashed right as I was about to drive away.
