How to check - SGTools for us, other tools for support. For example my non activations: http://www.sgtools.info/nonactivated/Oppenh4imer (should be none)
If I am not mistaken only moderators can act on user reports (for e.g. non activations) and the support member you linked is "just" support, not moderator.
If the game has been removed the user should have contacted the giveaway creator and ask for a replacement, also he/she should have contacted support and ask for the giveaway's feedback being changed to "not received".

If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum
