Can someone make me a puzzle because I love puzzles but am having trouble understanding how they work on this site no giveaway just a puzzle for fun

Take a look at this guide to SG's puzzle. It contains a lot of useful information.

There are other methods people use. For example sometimes you can find giveaway code if you mouse-over the picture/gif they posted in their thread (or right click the image and select "view image info" in firefox, G.Chrome probably has the similar option).
