I want to buy overwatch, but I kinda want to buy it cheaper. As the 1st anniversary is coming, will there be a sale for overwatch, or not? If not, when is there going to be a sale for overwatch?

We can call them up and ask, if you want. But the summer sale is in about 5 weeks, so maybe there will be something then.
