This game is going to turn from paid to free very soon, plus the game has trading cards, so if you are a collector I recommend getting the game before the sale ends.

Discount ends March 20.

You'll still get the trading cards if you buy the game before it becomes free.

I don't have an answer. I don't buy or sell cards, except the Steam seasonal ones. But cards for Postal could go up to 0,5$.
