Haven't seen the show yet, but here's my favourite reaction video so far.

It was a crazy episode that's for sure (Which I didn't at all see coming, I spent most of the episode thinking "Wow, There isn't that much action, Guess they are saving it for episode 10), and it also means I only have Daenerys Stormborn and her dragons to root for now (Crown wise), But god, with this episode it really proves anything can happen.

I'm scared how they will end episode 10, I mean, How are they really going to top this Cliffhanger?

I've heard a lot of great thing about this show but haven't had a chance to see it yet :<

Should I read the books first? Would it give me a better experience watching the show?

I saw some comments before I watched the episode like "this GoT episode is gonna give me nightmares"
I was expecting something terrible, but even towards the last second I thought they'd make it. Then GG.

It was great, they even find a way to kill a Ned Stark again.
I have read the books so I knew this was coming but that didn't change the final punch.

I was kinda expecting a betrayal from Frey because of Robb's insult to his daughter from before, but wasn't expecting him to ally with the Lannisters.

I've just watched the episode.
I started reading the books but I'm not yet to this point of the story.

I started thinking that was really wrong when we heard Rains of Castamere seeing what this song mean and from that point I was feeling like something was going to turn bad.
I wasn't expecting it to be so soon though, I felt like it was more of a future betrayal announcing itself, so when the slaughter started I was incredibly surprised.... a lot of "oh my god !!!" ; "NOOO" ; "WTF !!!" :-O

And then.... Rob's mother strating trying to save her son... and I was like... "Oh yes, at least Rob may get out of there"
So it was like killing them again twice with the final scene. I was devastated. My King is dead. Who am I gonna stand for now ?
I feel empty. This day is going to feel horrible.
And i'm so sad for Arya, I was so impatient for her to see her family again.

I still can't believe it....

how do you think they'll do 5th season (cause 3rd book is obviously split into 2 seasons) beacuse people who read 4th book know why is it more likely to be "joined" with 5th book into sam season

Is this the red wedding? Well I has read the book and the North Remembers. Some interesting stuff will occur from it though! Long live the king of the North!

I was wondering how they've got this far acting like they did... This episode makes up for whole season 2 which lowered the ratio of Starks killed per season below 1, I was disappointed by that earlier.

Too bad The Walking Dead's season 3 ending didn't fuck with the audience like this, the last episode was just meh.

It hurts every time I think about the Red Wedding. I read the book but had to stop reading for some time now to focus on my boards. I haven't seen the TV series yet but do plan on one day. I had this spoils for me on FB (ughh). I also play the LCC card games for AGOT. I think after this I am never ever putting another bolton into my deck nor will I ever play the plot "The Red Wedding."

I only ever read the books so far, kind of toying with watching episode 1 for a while now but it's giving me headaches every time I try.

Here, this describes it nicely and looks at some of the more subtle points: "You're like a wizard!" etc.

they should kill and the staff that works for the series too...you know.. producers, the other actors, the make-up artists,cameramans etc ,the horses, the crows, cut down the trees on every place the went, tare down the castles, kill ... ..everyone.

When I was reading that part during a train ride, I was so pissed that I threw the book through the cabin. People thought I was insane.

People are overreacting too much. There are just few moments of the "book" when you don't really know what's going to happen, and they're in the last book, by now.
If you paid attention to every detail, Rob's death was quite obvious.

i would lie i was expecting this but i knew something like that was coming :) i think in next ep10 they will kill the younger brother and bran will go to the wall or something Lanisters will celebrate but not for long and Daenerys will get boats at last :)
