Europa Universalis 3. Although technically I've been beating the game for 3 years straight.

Alan Wake. Great game overall but I found the combat and forest hiking sequences quite repetitive and boring after a while. However, the story and the atmosphere are very good. Also, Alan's narration brings a lot of depth to everything around you.

Faerie Solitaire - So addicting! Great game, really. Can't wait for the second one. 9/10
Resonance - The plot, music and the vibe is amazing. But the way they created the puzzle solving while controlling four characters is pretty lame IMO. It's very, very tideous and there's a lot of possibilities which equals, again - tedious! But it's definitely worth to play this game for the plot alone! 8/10
PS: I also collected all achievements in it.

Ok here are games i completed this year:
Fallout: New Vegas(w/o DLCs)- good game, interesting, nice story, world was ok(liked FO3 world more, but overall NW was better), definitely want play DLCs sometime. If you want buy it take Ultimate Edition(with DLCs)
Risen 2(w/o DLCs)- im Gothic fan so its weird but i didnt hate game, if you dont take it as Gothic/Risen successor R2 is not so bad(but not very good also), lot of players was thinking its pirate game but its pirate themed imo, so i didnt care about not free sailing. Bought with good discount, not worth full price.
Duke Nukem Forever+The Doctor Who Cloned Me DLC- bad, not worth DN name, wasnt good oldschool or new type shooter. I liked DLC more, there wasnt so much long boring sections as in main game. If you really want this game wait good discount or just skip it :P
Saints Row: The Third 100%(savegame 100% didnt complete challenges) fun, fun, fun. Not sure if i play it again but liked it.
GTA: Vice City(main story and most assets) oh sweet/bitter nostalgia :) Game is still good, shooting not so good. Wait Steam sale to buy GTA Complete Pack
Risen later in game(if you completed ~4/5) not so good+ dont like last battle but overall very good game :) This time i was pure mage. This game is not for everybody, try demo first.
Borderlands+The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC it was pretty good, but little monotonic, Also started Claptrap DLC but suddenly didnt want play more. Im sure i dont play it again in singleplayer, maybe with friend.
The Walking Dead not my taste but i like zombies so i still completed it(so it was good game:P)
Grand Theft Auto IV still shit port :P but game was good, i like SA more. Wait Steam sale to buy GTA Complete Pack

Hmmm. I think it's Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm campaign. Right now, I'm currently playing Batman: Arkham City (finally), and after that I'm gonna do The Witcher 2.

Just finished Ys I and moved on to Ys II. Still need to play it on harder difficulties but want to progress the story currently so thought I'd continue with II before doing that. Also, started that one on Nightmare difficulty, not sure if that was the correct choice >.<

A.R.E.S.: Extinction Agenda - Pretty good platform game which reminds me of Megaman. Lots of action and amazing (!) music. Pretty old school. I didn't like respawn of enemies though and some maneouvers are hard to do. It's also very, very short. It's definitely worth to give it a shot though cause it's fun. 7/10

I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.
Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.
