I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.

Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.

Edit:

Here's a collage of all games I've beaten over the years on PC:

Here's a collage of games in which I've got all achievements (100%):

Unmechanical - Wasn't what I expected, but it was mostly nice. Pretty sure I didn't solve one of the puzzles the way you're supposed to, but other than that puzzle, it was mostly intuitive. Short, but a nice game.
Samorost 2 - Thought I'd played this one through years ago, but it didn't seem as familiar as I'd thought. Another very short game, and the save system sucks, but it's semi-early-days Flash, so... yeah. Not bad though.

I'd be more interested in what game did you last get all the achievements on, but anyway, same game!

Alan Wake... Just finished yesterday evening. In the last few days, have finished Thomas was alone, Braid, DLC Quest, Hector Ep 1 & 2, Puzzle Agent 1&2, and sleeping Dogs. Thats a good big dent to my Ever increasing Back log.
Right now going to finish Walking Dead that I left in between 4th Chapter for no reason.

Giana Sisters Twisted Dreams. Boss battles (mostly the final) was fairly frustrating, but other than that a great and enjoyable platformer.

Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes - Weird game with very good black humour. In the first chapter some things can upset religious people but I think no lines have been crossed. 8+/10

McPixel - One of the worst "games" I've ever played. There's absolutely nothing good in it. Maybe just that it's short. Humour is very, very low (unless one likes laughing at putting bones inside a cow's anus or peeing on aliens), graphics are terrible, music is annoying, the whole "game" is pointless and stupid, there's no plot, shall I say more? It's terrible. 1/10

Deadlight - I expected a platformer shooter and I got a platformer survival which was a pleasant surprise. The game is good. It would be very good if not for tons of bugs. It's also short. I like that there's actually a lot of things to collect and unlock. Like I said, it's a good game. 7+/10

Faerie Solitaire - Not to 100% as far as Steam achievements go, but I've done the adventure mode. Will finish off the cheeves eventually.

I found the card-playing of element the game addictive. The storyline was forgettable, didn't know or care what was meant to be going on. The eggs and pets is just weird, don't know who came up with that or why.

Tomb Raider: Underworld - It's the best TR game from the "old" series. The most technologically advanced and it has the best gameplay of them all. I especially like the atmosphere and graphics. I don't like the outdated fighting/shooting mechanisms and the fact that camera sometimes goes crazy. All in all I recommend it to everyone along with Legend and Anniversary. 8/10

I really hated the combat in the earlier Tomb Raiders. I really enjoyed what they did with it in the most recent game, even though I wasn't much of a fan of the removal of so many of the puzzles.

I haven't played the newest one yet. But I will soon. I just want to play Lara Croft and the Guardian something before I move on to the newest one.

Yes! I loved this game! This one really got everything right. I liked how the landscapes were usually giant tomb puzzles that tried to murder you. The only issue I had was getting stuck for hours on end not knowing what to do (I refused to use guides).
