I just won a giveaway but the code has already been used. What do I do?

contact the gifter and don't mark as received until you activate it on your account.

Contact the giveaway creator if you can about this. Otherwise, after a week, mark it as not received.

Contact the GA creator and see if he can provide you with a new one. If he can't, mark it as not received after a week. There's no need to file a user report.

You can write a message in the ga, so he have a notify. Not all add user on steam.
