I don't believe Support can force sync accounts. It will happen within the week automatically. Just blacklist them so they can't enter more stuff for the period.

if you kicked them out of your group and they keep entering GAs, inform everyone on your group to reroll when they win.
after 1 week the site will auto-sync their accounts, unless their profiles are private (in that case they will be asked to sync or they won't be able to enter anything).

Some people were in my group and they keep winning to many games without giving any GA for the group...
After I kicked them out of the group they still winning and don't want to sync their accounts... THEY JUST DON"T WANT TO!!
So... It's getting annoying every time when they win another GA from the group. We need to ask for reroll again and again...
The only problem is, may I ask administrators for sync their accounts? Will it rude or something?
If so, what steps should I make?
